2. Incoming inspection of the leather , leather sorting in the various cut ability grades, measuring area discrepancy coefficient, calculating the cost of received area of leather, cut ability net area coefficient.
3. Department layout-optimum utilization, setting up of the department, system planning & control.
4. Issue to the clicker, calculation of clicker allowance-system to use material usage standard- Scientific Leather Measurement, Russ &Small method (advanced)
5. Set standard time for the operation by using clicking standard time data.
6. Issue to cutting- cutters tickets, tools & materials.
7. Reporting cutting results by maintaining daily clickers performance reports.
8. Motivation- incentive scheme concept.
